What you provide
Name, email, subject and message. For businesses, we also ask for the organisation's name and a range of participant numbers.
How we use it
We record the information to review your request, respond and follow up. The form does not enrol you, purchase a plan or authorise a charge.
Storage and access
Messages are stored in BYLGA's system, in an admin area requiring authentication. Cryptographic identifiers derived from the email and connection help limit repeated submissions. The hosting service may keep technical access logs.
Requests about your data
To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and choose “Privacy and data”. Include the email you used and, if possible, the reference. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
